Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Zova Trend. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship all across Pakistan using reliable courier partners (such as TCS, Leopards, or Trax).

Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days after the order has been processed.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout (or enjoy Free Shipping if applicable based on active store promotions).

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan for your convenience. Please ensure that you provide a complete address, active phone number, and nearby landmarks when placing your order so our courier rider can reach you easily.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation message/email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your parcel on our courier partner's official website.

5. Damages & Wrong Delivery

Zova Trend is liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged or if the wrong item was delivered, please contact our support team within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery with photos/videos of the package, and we will arrange a free replacement for you.
